Satbayev University introduces children to sports
On the last day of March, Satbayev University hosted "Whizz" race for SU employees’ children, the given event is dedicated to Nauryz holiday and organized by the staff of Trade Union Committee and University Sports Club.
23 children aged from 1 to 5 years took part in the competition. The youngest participants of the race were Aileen (1 year and 9 months) and Bekassyl (1 year and 10 months), they started on a tolokar and a scooter.
The racers gave all their strength to win, their coaches-parents spent no less effort than the participants. The race was held taking into account all the requirements of the tournament and at a high level. Introducing children to sports is an important task and the university team is happy to open this side of life for the youngest.
