Satbayev University students won NASA competition
Young programmers from Kazakhstan won the first place in NASA Space Apps Challenge in the USA. The work of our fellow citizens won The Best Use of Hardware category. The Kazakh team presented their project for data analysis of volcanoes and asteroids.
NASA Space Apps challenge is an international competition dedicated to space and Earth exploration, including joint solving of problems and global needs applicable to both life on Earth and space exploration. 25 thousand people from 70 countries (the
USA, China, India, etc.) took part in the competition. The finals of the competition were held in New York on 19-21 October.
