UNESCO Prize winner Melahat Bilge Demirkez spoke about the dark matter at Satbayev University
University hosted a seminar by Turkish professor Melahat Bilge Demirkez on “Cosmic rays: From dark matter to cosmic radiation" topic, dedicated to the well-known problem of dark matter and the practical application of this knowledge. The seminar was organized by National Academy of Sciences under RK President. Academy’s Vice-President Lyazzat Yeraliyeva made a welcoming speech and introduced Ms. Demirkez to scientists from different cities of Kazakhstan who gathered for the seminar. The moderator was Rector of International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Akhmet Yassawi Zhanar Temirbekova.
