We invite you to take part in the student competition "The best 3D designer" September 2024

The Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Institute of Energy and Mechanical Engineering invites you to take part in the competition "The best 3D Designer" among students!

This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your talents and skills in the field of three-dimensional modeling.

Participation in the competition is open to college and university students who are interested in 3D modeling. As a task, you need to develop a project using 3D modeling software. The competition will be held at Satbayev University on September 26, 2024, Almaty, 22B Satpayev str., building of the MMB office No.270, the competition starts at 10:00 a.m.

Stages of participation in the competition:

• Measurements of the finished part using measuring tools
• Building a part in 2D
• 3D modeling from a working drawing

The winners will be selected based on the evaluation of a jury consisting of professionals in the field of 3D modeling.

The evaluation criteria will be based on:

• the quality of the simulation;
• aesthetics of work;
• practical significance.
