We invite you to take part in the student Japan Culture Camp 2025

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the unique combination of modernism and Japanese traditions? The AYFN Academy invites you to join Japan Culture Camp 2025! Explore Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe as part of a week-long cultural immersion from January 12th to 17th, 2025.

Highlights of the program:

• Cultural Exchange: Learn Japanese culture and language in practice.
• Global Friendship: Meet participants from all over the world.
• Exciting activities: Guided tours of Kyoto's historical heritage, exploring Mount Rokko and visiting iconic landmarks such as Fushimi Inari Temple and Osaka Castle.
• Japanese cuisine: Try authentic dishes such as sushi, udon and ramen.
• Electronic certificate: Get recognition for participation.

Payment for the trip: a scholarship from the AYFN Academy for selected candidates. The flight is paid ($1,250) and the program is free. If you are not offered a full scholarship, partial discounts are offered for the program fee (10%, 20% and 30%).

The cost of the program (USD950) includes:

• accommodation (accommodation in a double room),
• meals (4 breakfasts and 4 lunches),
• all activities and excursions listed in the schedule,
• Transportation (train and bus),

The scholarship does not cover:

• Registration fee (11 USD),
• Visa processing fee,
• expenses for flights to Japan,
• personal expenses (travel insurance, Internet, laundry, additional meals, not included in the scholarship price).

Requirements for the candidate

You must meet these criteria in order to apply for a scholarship.

• Age from 17 to 40 years.
• Demonstrate leadership potential.
• You can communicate in English.
• Will be able to travel to Japan during the program.

Required documents

• Curriculum Vittae (summary) is a European standard.
• A 250-word motivation letter on the topic “Why do I need this scholarship?”
• 250-word essay on the topic “Why do I deserve this scholarship?”
• Confirmation of payment of the entrance fee.

Additional documents that will help you stand out from other candidates:

• Certificates of success (Championship, Olympiad, business competitions, etc.).
• Letter of recommendation.
• Certificate of proficiency in English (Toefl ITP, IBT, IELTS or Duolingo).
