Training program for specialists in the field of processing intermediate products of organic synthesis for the production of solvents, pesticides, synthetic biologically active substances, monomers and auxiliary substances for the production of polymers and polymer materials, special liquids, surfactants and detergents, organic dyes, and other organic synthesis products.
The basic organic synthesis industry, which produces synthetic organic substances, is one of the most important sectors of the chemical industry. A chemical technology specialist is a rare, complex, and specific profession, but one that is in high demand.
Students study in depth the processes of oil refining, basic organic and petrochemical synthesis, the production of petrochemical products, and the processing of raw materials to obtain organic substances of a specified quality and composition.
Students master the skills of operating technological lines at organic synthesis and oil refining enterprises, as well as developing and designing new chemical technologies for the production of organic substances.
Graduates work as chemical engineers in various sectors of the oil and gas refining, petrochemical, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical industries, or in the education system — in higher and specialized educational institutions, research institutes, enterprises, and laboratories.
