How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.

Training of specialists in the field of spatial and geometric measurements in the earth bowels for constructing underground structures and mining, with subsequent display of measurement results on plans, maps and sections during mining and geological exploration.
You will study the use of GIS systems in subsurface use, master modern electronic and laser devices, digital instruments, satellite equipment, visualization technologies and optimization of production processes in surveying and specialized software sphere.
You will master the skills of developing the plans and programs for organizing and applying the control systems, as well as adaptation of modern information technologies for geodetic and surveying work. You will learn how to ensure the development and rational use of the Earth's subsoil, organize the activities of mining enterprises, control the anthropogenic impact on the environment and perform a full range of engineering support for constructing civil and industrial structures.
Graduates of the program work as surveyors in various state and commercial production companies in the field of mining, as well as the construction of underground structures.
Program was improved within the framework of the international project Master Program in Eco-Mining and Innovative Natural Resources Management (Erasmus+). Program included the study of the sustainable use of natural resources and the use of digital technologies for accurate monitoring and evaluation of deposits. More about programm
