Concrete technology 1

Training of specialists in the latest technologies sphere for manufacturing the building materials, products and structures. Graduates receive an academic degree of Master of Engineering and Technology with 1.5-years of study or Master of Technical Sciences with 2-years of study.

Undergraduates will grasp the latest achievements in the field of production of building materials, products and structures; system modeling; modern technological equipment.

 

You will gain knowledge on producing and using the construction materials made from binders of various types, mineral and chemical additives; organization of activities for certification and quality control of building materials and products.

You will understand the nuances of the stages and technologies of modern production of new building materials, their chemical composition and properties; conducting the experimental research and computational experimental work to optimize the technological parameters of production and improve products quality; the introduction of innovative technologies and types of products.

You will be able to competently solve a number of complex tasks to create new, modern, efficient building materials and products for various purposes with specified properties while simultaneously solving the problems of resource, energy conservation and environmental safety.

Master students undergo professional, research and scientific-pedagogical practice at leading world universities and can study abroad for a semester under academic mobility programs.

Upon completion of their studies, undergraduates work in organizations that produce building materials and structures, in design bureaus, educational institutions as teachers, technologists, managers in enterprises for production, control and certification of construction materials and structures.
