How to fill in the application to participate in state grant contest?
1. Before applying, select your favorite educational program at Satbayev University, corresponding to the relevant subjects in which you passed UNT.
2. Write down for yourself the code (column “Groups of educational programs” in the table) of the group of educational programs that includes the program you have chosen.
3. Indicate the group code and code of Satbayev University (Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev) in the application for a grant: 029.
Program is aimed at training the new generation specialists with comprehensive knowledge in the field of digital technologies, design, operation and predictive maintenance of technological machines and equipment. Program focuses on forming the competencies in development, implementation and maintenance of modern digital systems that improve the reliability and energy efficiency of equipment, as well as minimize the environmental impact of industrial processes.
Graduates work with technological machines and equipment of industrial complexes, automation and mechanization of production processes, drive and motion control systems, control and measuring devices, as well as modern tools for data analysis and diagnostics of equipment’s technical condition.
Graduates are trained in mathematical, physical and computer modeling methods, which empowers them to develop innovative engineering solutions for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the economy digital transformation context. Program provides students with the systematic understanding of modern methods of managing the life cycle of equipment, including design, diagnostics, operation and maintenance, taking into account the requirements of sustainable development and industry digitalization.
Program highlights mastering the advanced technologies, including big data analysis, the use of artificial intelligence for monitoring equipment, predictive maintenance systems, as well as elaborating the energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies that reduce the carbon footprint and improve the production processes safety. Program also implements inclusive learning approaches that ensure equal opportunities for all students, including people with disabilities.
Graduates of the program are in demand at enterprises of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, energy, oil-gas and chemical industries, where the implementation and maintenance of digital monitoring and control systems of equipment is required. They work in engineering and service departments, diagnose the technical condition of machines, elaborating and introducing the predictive maintenance systems, analyze production data, and digitalize processes.
