A regular meeting of Board of Trustees of Endowment Fund was held at Satbayev University

On September 15, a regular meeting of Board of Trustees of Satbayev University Endowment Fund was held at Polytech. The trustees met for the first time in the offline format to discuss future activities on advancing the foundation, University’s investment projects and the involvement of patrons.

The meeting was attended by Almat Baimbetov, Meiram Begentayev, Yevgeny Shcherbinin, Ruslan Kuatov, Adil Nurgozhin, Kayssar Kozhamuratov, Olzhas Khudaibergenov, Saken Shayakhmetov, Medet Rakhymbayev, Kuanysh Yergaliyev, Alim Khamitov.

Endowment Fund is a financial instrument created to support the university and its development in the long term. The funds that are stored in the fund are invested and generate income, which is used to finance university projects, such as scholarship programs, research, the creation of new technologies and others. Thanks to Endowment fund, University can attract talented students and scientists, conduct research and create innovative projects, which ultimately contributes to its reputation and success.

Endowment fund of Satbayev University is at the stage of formation. It was opened last year under English law and at the moment there is an initial fundraising. This is one of the first initiatives in higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trustees of Endowment Fund have shown great interest in the growth of Satbayev University and its future success.
