Application process for the admission of documents for master's in South Korea under the SeoulTech scholarship program is open

The South Korean government announces the acceptance of applications for the SeoulTech program for Master's degree.

Number of grants: 15.

Universities: Kyunghee University, Korea University, Kwangwoon University, Seokyeong University,  Seoul National University of Science and Technology, University of Seoul,  Sungkyunkwan University, Sookmyung Women’s University, Soongsil University.

Documents:

1. Application form

2. Personal Statement

3. Study Plan

4. Letter of recommendation

5. The Applicant's Agreement

6. Consent to the collection and use of personal information

7. The transcript

8. Graduation certificate (original) - the date of the bachelor's degree must be indicated in it. Graduation certificate, academic degree, diploma, etc.  for example. Expected graduates have to provide a certificate of expected graduation from the university. You must provide the final certificate after enrollment (failure to comply with this requirement may result in cancellation).

9. Documents confirming citizenship (original) - documents issued by the applicant's country of residence to confirm citizenship and family relations (of the applicant and both parents).    

If it is difficult to verify the citizenship of the parents (for example, due to death), provide additional documents explaining the situation (for example, death certificate, divorce certificate).i

If you have renounced your Korean citizenship, provide an official certificate of loss of citizenship.

10. onfirmation of the apostille affixing - Receive confirmation of the apostille affixed to the documents 7-9 along with their notarized translations.  For countries that are not parties to the Apostille Convention, consular confirmation is required (from the Korean consul or diplomatic mission in Korea).

11. Certificate of proficiency in the official language (TOEFL IBT 71 or IELTS 5.5 and above)

  • Application fee: Full coverage
  • Tuition fee: Full coverage
  • Living expenses: 1,000,000 Korean won per month
  • Health insurance premiums
  • Air ticket price: One-way ticket for entry (economy class, departure from the country of residence)
