Auditorium named after Bayan Rakishev has been opened at Satbayev University

On August 21, Satbayev University hosted the opening ceremony of Auditorium named after professor, academician of RK NAS Bayan Rakishev. The new auditorium was opened in Mining and Metallurgical Building, the red ribbon was cut by professor Ulykpan Sydykov, chairman of "Aksakaldar Alkassy", and Professor Marzhan Nurpeissova.

Director of Mining and Metallurgical Institute Kanai Rysbekov made a brief greeting, congratulating Bayan Rakishevich. He was joined by University’s Rector Meiram Begentayev and the project sponsors: entrepreneur Amangeldy Minigulov and general partner of DKG Development Talgat Chinikeyev. University has thanked Amangeldy Mukhamedkaliyevich and Talgat Orynbassarovich, because it was thanks to their help that the opening of the new audience became possible.

Bayan Rakishev is an honored miner who has devoted many years to science, training of young specialists and technical developments that are implemented at many mining enterprises of the country. Bayan Rakishevich is a graduate of our University, a prominent scientist, teacher, an experienced organizer of Higher Education and Science, academician of RK NAS, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of Mining Department at Satbayev University.
