"Business Leader 2022-2023" program’s first module created by Satbayev University for ERG Kazakhstan company has ended
On November 2, employees of ERG Kazakhstan Group of companies completed "Business Leader 2022-2023" program’s first module created by Satbayev University for ERG Kazakhstan for promising middle managers - managers and mill managers. Management team of all ERG Group companies from all cities of Kazakhstan - Karagandy, Shymkent, Khromtau, Ekibastuz and others gathered here.
The program started on a high note. The training was opened by Project Management Institute’s Director Bakytzhan Amralinova, the students of the program were addressed by Amandyk Batalov, a well-known politician, former akim of Almaty region, who shared his experience and knowledge with the students.
The program is designed for six months; the training is ending in June 2023. In total, students are completing four modules that are devoted to personnel management, business processes, changes and projects, as well as finance. The block dedicated to project management was held within Polytech’s walls, the remaining blocks will be held within the framework of visiting sessions. Satbayev University’s best teachers, such as Alexander Li, an expert in project management, and Aigul Salina, a financier, will train managers.
"Business Leader 2022-2023" program, which provides high-quality education in management sphere, has, first of all, a practical orientation: during the training, ERG employees under the guidance of Satbayev University mentors will create business projects for their company and submit them to ERG contest. The best projects will be launched into production.
Interaction between business and universities, bringing cooperation in the training of in-demand personnel to a new level, part of which was "Business Leader 2022-2023" program, launched with the support of Almaty "Atameken" Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
