Clarivate Analytics conference was held at Satbayev University
The conference on the basics and latest achievements of scientometrics "Development of innovation ecosystem: modern methods of stimulating and evaluating the research and development" was held on November 22 at D.K. Suleyev Center for Science and Creativity. The meeting was opened with a welcoming speech by Rector of Satbayev University, Meiram Begentayev.
The conference topic was the discussion on improving the scientific and technical activities results through the prism of commercialization, as well as the prospects for creating a favorable ecosystem of domestic science, education and innovation. The conference was attended by leading specialists of Clarivate Analytics, world leaders in scientific research sphere.
Kendrick D. White spoke about successful examples of technology commercialization, and Mark Akoyev presented modern methods of strategic and tactical decision-making for the leadership of a research organization. Other reports were devoted to the evaluation of scientific research and further development of innovation ecosystem.
