Еxercises of fire departments of the city of Almaty were held at Satbayev University

On August 24, the Fire and Tactical Exercises of the Department of Emergency Situations took place at Satbayev University under the leadership of Timur Shaizada, the Deputy Chief of EMD. Fire departments of Almaty have worked to take the victims out of the building on the upper floors and fire fighting in an educational institution. Berik Mukhtybaev, the Head of the Rector’s Office and Bulat Darbekov, the Head of the Institute of Military Affairs attended the exercises.

The fire departments practices to establish the field headquarters of the rescue operation, to work in team and to use methods of rapid response in an emergency. The leaders was making timeline of operations and analyzed the mistakes made due firefighting and rescuing the victims. The personnel of the Emergencies Department, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ambulance and public services also took part in the exercise.
