How to check into the hostel?
Applications are submitted and places are allocated online, there is no need to come to University.

The result of the provision of a place will be known on August 26, 2023.
Settling in the hostel - from August 26 to September 01, 2023.
Since the places in Satbayev University’s dormitories are limited, places are provided to students according to their personal circumstances. Priority is given to first-year students, orphans, persons with disabilities, and foreign students.
To apply for the hostel, you need to fill out a questionnaire on https://dormitory.satbayev.university website and upload scans of the required documents:
- Passport/identity document;
- Documents confirming the student's right to priority accommodation in the hostel.

How to find us: directions to Satbayev University
For orientation in Almaty city, download ONAY! mobile application, which will show you the directions to University from anywhere in Almaty.
To do this, select "Routes" item in the application, and inside select "Travel" option. In "From" item, use "Point on the map" option, select your location (the application will automatically show your location), and in "Where" item, enter the name of University "Satbayev University".
You can also get to the university by taxi or by bus:
- From Almaty International Airport: Buses 3, 92, 79.
- From Almaty-1 railway station: Trolleybus 7, Buses 34, 30, 18.
- From Almaty-2 railway station: Trolleybuses 5, 6, Buses 92, 98, 79.
- Sayakhat Bus Station: Buses 3, 92, 98, 79.
- Altyn-Orda Market: Buses 95, 128.
How to pay for tuition
Tuition fees are paid by online transfer due to Kaspi.kz or Halyk Bank mobile application.

Where and how to get books for training
Admission to the library is carried out in Room 174, MMB on the basis of an ID card (Halyk Bank card, which is a pass to University) that is a reader's ticket as well.
Home delivery of literature is carried out on subscriptions located in different places of the campus. To issue books, you must present an ID card.
