Information about the University's work schedule from March 29, 2021

Dear employees of Satbayev University!

In connection with the strengthening of quarantine measures in conditions of pandemic COVID-19 in Almaty, from March 29, 2021 Satbayev University announces:

1. Strict observance of the remote work regime for 80% of the university's employees with the following norms:

faculty - 90% remotely;
other employees - 65-70% remotely, according to the schedule approved by the supervising official (except directors of institutes, heads of departments, heads of departments).
2. Determine the working hours for on-site employees from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.).

3. Directors of institutes, heads of other structural subdivisions to approve work schedules of employees of the relevant institutes / subdivisions with the possibility of establishing a reduced working day for employees working off-line, up to 6 working hours (on a flexible schedule except for managers).

All employees who are on campus must strictly ensure that masks are properly worn (the mask must cover the mouth and nose!), and that all sanitary and epidemiological requirements are met on campus!
