International "Geoeducation for Mining Architecture and Civil Engineering" Hybrid Conference is being held at Satbayev University
International Hybrid Conference "Geoforming for Mining Architecture and Civil Engineering", organized by O.A. Baikonurov Mining and Metallurgical Institute together with Educational Design Institute of Photogrammetry (PHEDCS), has begun at Satbayev University.
Photogrammetry Education Constructions Institute is a well-known international organization that seeks to promote global literacy and promote innovations in the field of geospatial technologies, mainly photogrammetry and remote sensing, for civil and architectural construction. At the conference, experts in the field of modern technologies shared their knowledge about short-range photogrammetry, UAVs, LiDAR and open source geospatial technologies effective for mining, environmental engineering, architecture and civil engineering.
Сonference brought together scientists and entrepreneurs from various industries related to geospatial knowledge, from the USA, Italy, Czech Republic, UAE, China, Nigeria, CIS countries and neighboring countries.
Plenary session of the conference discussed the advanced foreign and domestic experience in transferring the innovations and scientific developments, which determine the key direction of the global development of geospatial engineering. The reports aroused great interest. Conference continued with scientific sessions and ISPRS WG V/6 seminar, which was devoted to photogrammetry and remote sensing.
