IV National Intellectual Game “League of chemists”

The Department of Chemical Processes and Industrial Ecology of Satbayev University together with the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held the IV National Intellectual Game “League of chemists” among students of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The game was organized to strengthen friendly ties between universities, as well as to identify and encourage the scientific potential of students. The League of Chemists helps provide quality education to the community, which directly aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals.

This year, 7 teams from Satbayev University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Suleyman Demirel University, Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and the Kazakh-British Technical University took part in the Game.

The first place was taken by the team “Dihydrogen Monoxide” of Satbayev University, under the leadership of the senior teacher of the Department of Chemical Processes and Industrial Ecology Raimbekova A.S. Second place - “The teachers” SDU, third place - “Catalyst Quartet” Al-Farabi KazNU. The winners were awarded cash prizes and all participants were awarded certificates.

This significant event demonstrated not only the academic achievements and talent of students, but also the importance of cooperation between leading educational institutions of Kazakhstan in the development of scientific knowledge and technology.
