KazNRTU will train mechanics of Alstom to maintain locomotives
Managing director of Alstom Mr. Bernard Peille visited the Kazakh-French training center in KazNRTU named after K.I. Satpayev in July 21, 2017.
The main goal of the meeting was the discussion about a series of courses in the field of energy, electrical engineering and maintenance of Schneider Electric automated systems for Alstom technical personnel. To observe the possibilities of the Kazakh-French training center the head of technical support, Birzhan Baybutanov, introduced the teaching methods, laboratories and equipment of the center to the guest.
During the meeting, Mr. Bernard Peille said: "Alstom expects that specialists of the Kazakh-French Scientific and Educational Center will develop a training program that will allow our engineers to diagnose and eliminate errors more easily."
During the meeting, the parties discussed the expanded cooperation, like internships and future employment to Alstom of students from the center of Scheneider Electric.
Alstom is a machine building company, one of the leaders in the production of power equipment and railway transport. In Kazakhstan, the company produces locomotives and is interested in trainings on electrical equipment.
Alstom engineers will visit the Schneider Electric center to discuss the details of future collaboration in September.
