Dear students and colleagues!

There was smoke in the Main Academic Building today.

The following happened: there was an outburst in the heating network in the building and the repair work was being carried out on one of the floors. The repairmen were working with the grinder and from the contact of the saw with metal, in the result, a spark got on the rag, which began to smolder, causing smoke and smell. The rags were eliminated according to all fire extinguishing rules.

There was no fire, but the alarm went off, and people from the floor were evacuated just in case. There are no casualties.

Thanks to CD staff for the quick response, and to the students for the quick evacuation.
