On the 80th anniversary of Nariman Davilbekov

On May 18-19 in KazNRTU after K.I. Satpayev hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Development of Mining and Metallurgical Complex", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of metallurgical scientist, the founder of rolled products school, academician Nariman Davilbekov. The event was organized by Mining and Metallurgical Institute after O.A. Baikonurov.

The conference was opened by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Rinat Iskakov. He spoke about the work and personal qualities of the scientist. The family and friends of the academician took part in the conference; His students and followers; Guests from Astana, Karaganda, Temirtau, Pavlodar, Rudnyi, Moscow, as well as students of KazNRTU and Al-Farabi KazNU. After the plenary session, the participants of the conference divided into seven sections in accordance with their research directions. In "Socio-economic problems and issues of staff training for the mining and metallurgical and oil and gas sectors" section, Zhibek Davilbekova, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of KazNRTU after K.I. Satpayev made report on the topic of "Innovative development of the mining and metallurgical complex of Kazakhstan".
