Physics and Technology Institute and Manufacturers of Lighting Equipment Committee signed a cooperation memorandum

Physics and Technology Institute and Manufacturers of Lighting Equipment Committee at Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum aimed at developing the domestic production of LED lighting systems and quality control of products.

Committee, which unites manufacturers of LED systems and participates in implementing the state program for export-oriented industrialization, has begun cooperation with the first and only accredited laboratory for testing the lighting devices in Kazakhstan, owned by Physics and Technology Institute.

Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties agreed to hold regular meetings to discuss the cooperation results and jointly promote the domestic production growth. The given partnership will allow Committee to objectively monitor the quality of lighting systems manufactured and imported into the country, which helps to protect the Kazakhstani market from low-quality products.

This partnership is an important step towards bringing the Kazakh lighting industry to the world level and introducing the advanced technologies into production processes.
