Pupils showed their knowledge of technical fields at Satbayev University
On March 24, 2023, Satbayev University hosted the final of "Young Satbayev-II" intellectual game among pupils of 11th and 12th grades of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the competition, schoolchildren demonstrated their knowledge and ability to solve problems in technical fields such as mathematics, physics and chemistry.
Year by year the contest is spent - this year 300 talented schoolchildren took part in the given event. The final stage of the game was attended by 10 finalists from Kazakhstan’s different cities including the pupils from Aktau, Samarkand, Kyzylorda, Almaty and other regions.
Based on the results of the final, the winner of "Young Satbayev-II" game was Gabiden Maulenov from Aktau, who won a grant for Bachelor's in the program of his choice. Anelya Makhidinova from Samarkand ranked the second place, and Kamilla Ossikova from Kyzylorda took the third one. Both winners received valuable prizes.
Satbayev University pays a great attention to the search for young talented guys - future engineers. This year "Young Satbayev" game has been held for the second time. The organizers are Council of Young Scientists and Satbayev University’s Science Department.
The struggle for "For intelligence" grant not just helps students demonstrate their knowledge, mental flexibility, and show the best intellectual qualities, but also opens the right doors for them at the very first stage of their career. Thus, Satbayev University is happy to provide this opportunity. University will continue to work in this direction and will look for new ways to attract and support young scientists in the future.
