I congratulate you with the remarkable day – Knowledge Day, September 1.

I wish all doctoral students, master's degree students and  undergraduates success in studies and interest in the chosen profession. As for the faculty, I would like to wish them professional achievements and a sincere pride for their life work: exactly the effective work of "higher school" is the foundation of the whole education system as well as the key to the country's prosperity!
