Please, accept my sincere and warm congratulations on Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

December 16, 1991 is the day when Kazakhstan received priceless wealth for any country and began its path to built "Мәңгілік Ел" – “The Eternal Country.” The desire for independence and perseverance in achieving the goal helped our country to build a strong state in a short time.

On this day, I wish everyone to maintain the independence of thinking and perseverance with which our team achieves its goals, so that Satbayev University becomes an international center of attraction for creative people, innovative ideas and new projects.

I wish everyone health, happiness and new professional achievements.
