Rector’s information on the university work schedule from August 17, 2020
Dear employees and students!
For the purpose of further consolidation regarding the positive effect of measures to prevent the COVID-19 infection spread, Satbayev University will introduce a relaxed operating mode starting from August 17, 2020 in the following order:
1. A remote independent work mode is maintained for teaching staff, students, pensioners and employees over 65 years of age;
2. For the Admissions Committee and the Registrator's Office the mode is set from 9.00 to 17.00 from Monday to Friday;
3. For the HR Department, Administrative Department, Marketing and Communications Department, Student Affairs Department, Information Systems Department and Scientific and Advanced Research Office a sliding work schedule is established with the presence of at least 80% of employees at the workplace and compliance with health standards and distance;
4. For the Finance and Accounting Department, the Public Procurement Management Division and the Corporate Development Department a sliding schedule is established under the supervision of B.Z. Barmagambetov, Vice-Rector for Corporate Development, and D.A. Sofiev, Financial Director;
5. For the Infrastructure Management Department and the Center for Operational Activities is established the work schedule approved by the Chief of the Rector's Staff B. Kh.Mukhtybaev.
For external visitors access to the university will be limited.
