Satbayev University calls for vaccination with the purpose to continue studying in the traditional format

Satbayev University calls on all students and their parents to get vaccinated against coronavirus. This is the only way to reduce the number of cases and continue training in the traditional format. It is very important for high-quality training of students, within the walls of the university. Protect yourself and your loved ones!
On September 1, more than 10 thousand students from different regions of Kazakhstan started classes at Satbayev University. 1,681 students are settled in the university dormitories. University, together with the sanitary services and Akimat of Almaty, takes all necessary measures to protect students and employees.
Due to strict compliance with the approved algorithm of actions for the non-proliferation of coronavirus infection, all cases of infection are detected in a timely manner.
‘Ashyq’ system works at the university, sanitizers and circulators are installed, quartz and disinfection of premises are carried out, an opportunity for vaccination is organized as well.
Satbayev University also organized the differentiation of class time at the university to ensure the norms of social distance. For those living in dormitories, in order to maintain immunity, a set of vitamin complexes is provided.
In the coming days, a student polyclinic is going to be opened at the university, where all services will be available within the guaranteed volume of free medical care.
To date, the university has six facts of KVI. In one case, the disease occurs in a mild form. Five people are asymptomatic, all of them are minors and arrived in Almaty from different regions of the country. At the same time, one of them is vaccinated with the first component.
Today, a monitoring group headed by Deputy Akim of Almaty Yerzhan Babakumarov and Chief sanitary doctor of Almaty Zhandarbek Bekshin visited the university. They got acquainted with the conditions of settlement and accommodation in dormitories.
The Chief sanitary doctor issued recommendations on settling in dormitories only if there is a negative PCR test, as well as passing additional EIIA examinations of lungs at the expense of the students themselves.
