Satbayev University Council of Elders summed up the results of the jubilee year

As part of the events dedicated to 90^th anniversary of Satbayev University, a solemn meeting of "Aksakaldar Alkassy" was held, at which the results of the outgoing year were summed up and plans for the future were discussed as well. Council of Elders heard the report by University’s Rector Meiram Begentayev. Members of the council, who especially distinguished themselves during the year, were presented with memorable gifts and awards.

Council members were congratulated on the upcoming New Year, and also noted the contribution of the elders to University’s growth. On this day, new members were admitted to the council - honored scientists and organizers of education, whom the whole university knows and loves: Askar Syzdykov, Seitzhan Zaurbekov, M. Makhanov. Their achievements and experience were noted as an important contribution to the development of Uversity's educational and scientific potential.

The council meeting was held in the warm atmosphere of respect for the merits of the participants, and at the end of the event, a traditional dinner was served for the participants, creating a truly festive atmosphere. The meeting once again demonstrated the unity and continuity of generations of Satbayev University, whose work is based on wisdom and good traditions.
