Satbayev University held an international scientific and practical conference "Independent Kazakhstan"

On November 17, 2021 at 10.00 o'clock, the Department of Social Disciplines of the Akzhan Mashani Institute of Basic Education held an international scientific and practical conference "Independent Kazakhstan: Lessons from 30 Years and Development Prospects." The conference was held online on the ZOOM platform. The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Satbayev University Zhautikov B.A., Head of the Department of Social Disciplines K.T. Anasova and professor Mendikulova G.M. made a welcoming speech for the participants.

The plenary session was addressed by Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Mendikulova Gulnara Malbagarovna, Deputy Director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alimgazinov Kairat Shakarimovich, Director of the Center for German Studies of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Gubaidullina Mara Shaukatovna, professor of ENU named after L.N. Gumilev Zhanbosinova Albina Sovetovna, Professor of the Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetova Bukhaeva Anara Aryngazinovna. The moderator was Professor G.M. Mendikulova.

Foreign speakers such as Head of the Department of International Relations and Humanitarian Cooperation of the Siberian Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center Natalya Mikhailovna Markdorf, Professor of Warsaw University S. Ivanyk spoke at the breakout sessions.

In 3 sections, 25 reports were presented on the history of Kazakhstan's independence, on the philosophical and cultural aspects of independent Kazakhstan and on international relations and security.
