Satbayev University held the meeting with managing director of accumulative pension fund
Satbayev University held the meeting of students and teachers of E.A. Turkebayev Project Management Institute with Utegulov Maulen Amangeldiyevich– Managing Director of JSC «Unified Accumulative Pension Fund» of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The invited speaker spoke about the history of formation and development of Kazakhstan’s pension system, international experience of designing the pension system for citizens, main types of pension systems, components and scheme of the mandatory accumulative system, and answered questions of the audience.
Utegulov Maulen Amangeldiyevich is the economist and financier. He has extensive experience in senior positions of the Ministry of Finance and a number of major financial institutions of Kazakhstan. From 2007 until 2013, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC «Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan». He supervised the activities of the Legal Department, strategic planning, planning and control of the budget, treasury. From 2014 until 2017, he held the position of Managing Director for interaction with NCE of the financial sector, problem borrowers, taxation and audit companies in the association of legal entities «Association of Financial Organizations of Kazakhstan». Since April 2017, he has been appointed the position of Managing Director - Member of the Board of JSC "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund".
Utegulov M. A. was awarded medals: «10 years of Kazakhstan’s Independence», «10 years of Kazakhstan’s Constitution», «20 years of Kazakhstan’s Independence», «25 years of Kazakhstan’s Independence», diplomas of the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan and Public Order AFK «Honored Financier». He has the title of the «Honored Worker of the Bank».
