Satbayev University hosts lectures by professors from India

From November 21 to December 14, a visiting professor from the Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology (Coimbatore, India), Dr. Mohanraj Murugesan conducts lectures at Satbayev University for undergraduate and graduate students on "Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning".

Professor Mohanraj works in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology. He is a specialist in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, heat pumps and renewable energy sources, in particular, solar energy. He has more than 70 publications, his h-index in the Scopus database is 21. He has joint publications with a high impact factor, as well as more than three Kazakhstan innovation patents with representatives of the Department of Applied Mechanics and Engineering Graphics, Satbayev University.

Dr. Mohanraj conducts joint research in the field of Solar Thermal Energy and Heat Pumps in the laboratory of the Department of Applied Mechanics and Engineering Graphics, Satbayev University together with Ph.D., undergraduates and graduates. Provides consultations for staff and students on the publication of research and the implementation of work under grant projects. During the visit, joint research topics on projects and the publication of the results were identified together with Ph.D., undergraduates, and graduates.
