Satbayev University in Times Higher Education international ranking- Impact Rankings 2024
On June 12, Times Higher Education (THE) British rating agency published the results of the fifth annual global university ranking THE Impact Rankings 2024. For the first time, Satbayev University entered thie given prestigious list, taking a position in the range of 1001-1500.
This year, 1,963 universities from 112 countries participated in the ranking, which is 372 more universities compared to last year. Satbayev University has been evaluated on all 17 SDGs. University showed the highest results for the following purposes:
- SDG 4: Quality education
- SDG 10: Reducing the inequality
- SDG 11: Sustainable cities and human settlements
- SDG 17: Partnership for sustainable development
THE Impact Rankings assesses the influence of universities on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals set out in UN General Assembly resolution dated September 25, 2015 "Transforming our World: the 2030 agenda for sustainable development". The rating analyzes the work of universities on all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
These achievements confirm Satbayev University’s status as an innovative, inclusive and sustainable higher education institution. Satbayev University will continue to develop its programs aimed at sustainable development and collaborate with international partners to strengthen the global influence.
