Satbayev University joined UN Global Treaty
On July 21, 2023, Satbayev University joined UN Global Treaty.
UN Global Treaty is the world's largest corporate social responsibility initiative declaring ten principles in the field of human rights, labor relations, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.
To date, more than 10,500 companies and 3,000 non-profit signatories from more than 160 countries participate in the GDUN, among which Satbayev University is the first university in Kazakhstan to become a member of UNGT.
The entry of Satbayev University into UNGT provides access to quality education for the whole society, builds relationships of trust and openness, allows you to improve your knowledge and experience in achieving Sustainable Development Goals. Also an important part of the given program is the provision of expert support in training and raising the awareness of young people and young professionals in Earth and environmental sciences field.
The joint work of UN and Satbayev University will make a tangible contribution to the economic and digital development of Kazakhstan and the whole of Central Asia.
