Satbayev University presented its work on “Digital University” project to Vice Minister

Satbayev University was visited by Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinara Shcheglova on the working visit within the framework of “Digital University” project. University management presented University's digital infrastructure to Vice Minister. The participants discussed further steps and development of the project in the future.

Satbayev University, selected as a pilot university within the framework of Digital University project, pays much attention to digitalization and automation of education and University’s daily work. SU Solutions application, created as a feedback tool for students and university staff, has been expanded and now provides digitalization of many functions from renting classrooms to paying for tuition.

As part of IT training at University, a partnership with Coursera was launched, and University also has a wide catalog of its own online courses. In 2023, Satbayev University became the first university in Kazakhstan to receive a license to provide educational services in an online format for 4 Bachelor's and Master's degree programs.
