Satbayev University stands for the well-being of employees

On September 1, 2021, Satbayev University HR service (formerly Personnel Management Department) has introduced a flexible work schedule that allows the employees to choose one of five working modes:

• from 7.00 to 16.00,
• from 8.00 to 17.00,
• from 8.30 to 17.30,
• from 9.00 to 18.00,
• from 10.00 to 19.00.

Regardless of the schedule according to which employees work, all university staff is required to be present at the workplace from 10.00 to 16.00. The lunch break for any work schedule is set from 13.00 to 14.00.

Such a work schedule will help university employees avoid traveling through traffic jams and devote more time to their family or hobbies. For the universities of Kazakhstan, this is a unique initiative aimed at well-being at the workplace. Satbayev University is the territory of freedom!
