Satbayev University's own diplomas
The development of own-type diplomas of higher professional and postgraduate education in Satbayev University was implemented based on the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The original drafts of the diploma blanks were approved by the decision of the Board of Directors No.1 dated January 31, 2021.
When developing forms of own-type diplomas and annexes, all the basic requirements to the content of the document determined by the Ministry of Education and Science were met.
The diploma blanks and the annexes contain the following:
1) name of OHPE;
2) first name, surname and patronymic (if any) of the graduate;
3) code and name of educational programme (major);
4) degree awarded (if any);
5) date and number of the minutes of the Attestation Commission meeting, containing the degree awarded (if any). Diplomas of a doctor of philosophy (PhD) and a doctor by profile shall contain data on research consultants and official reviewers, as well as date, number of the minutes of the meeting of the Dissertation Council (for OHPEs with a specific status) or date, number of the order of the Committee (for OHPEs with no specific status);
6) form of training;
7) signature of the head of the OHPE;
8) sequential registration number;
9) date and place (city) of issue;
10) stamp of OHPE.
The own-type documents on education shall contain logo and (or) the name of the accreditation agency for institutional accreditation.
The annexes to the own-type documents on education shall contain logos (or) names of accreditation agencies for specialized accreditation of educational programs.
The own-type documents on education shall contain security markings.
When developing own-type documents on education the technology of automatic identification and data collection and/or QR-code shall be used. Each number shall be stored in the National Educational Database (NEDB) and tied to every specific graduate.
The series and sequential numbering of each type of education document shall be established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The own-type documents on education shall be filled using printing devices.
Diploma blanks and annexes shall be filled in the official state language, English and (or) other (Russian, etc.) languages.
The own-type diplomas on higher professional and postgraduate education have been printed by the "Banknote Factory of the National Bank of Kazakhstan" RSE and solemnly handed to the graduates of Satbayev University in July 2021.
