Students of Satbayev University get acquainted with the history of our country

Every year, the first-year students of Satbayev University begin the year by visiting the museums of Almaty to get acquainted with the history of Kazakhstan and pay tribute to the teachers and educators, thanks to whom our science and art are developing. On November 25, two excursions dedicated to the history of Kazakhstan took place at the university.

The first tour took place in the House-Museum of the teacher of the nation Akhmet Baitursynov and was dedicated to his achievements. The tour was very interesting, as the house-museum was recently renovated and replenished with new exhibits and samples of the scientist's written heritage.

The second tour took place at the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students visited the halls of Paleontology and Archeology", "Ethnography", "Kazakhstan during the Great Patriotic War and the culture of Diasporas", "Independent Kazakhstan" and learned about ancient paleontology, ancient, medieval, modern and modern history and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.

The museum is a "museified" model of the entire life and culture of the Kazakhs from ancient times to the present day and helps students to realize the life of the country as a single process continuing into the future.

Fostering patriotism and expanding horizons is an important part of the training of engineers and Satbayev University implements this task in full.
