Students of the architectural institute KazNITI will go to study to Poland

Vice-Rector of International Cooperation prof. Rinat Iskakov and head of the of Architecture and Construction Institute prof. Bolat Kuspangaliyev visited the Technical University in Bialystok on June 25-29. The meeting addressed the topic of the double diploma programs and internship for undergraduates and doctoral students in Bialystok University.

Białystok Technical University is the largest technical university in northeastern Poland with a 65-year history. It is a popular educational institution located in the center of a student city, which is 188 kilometers far from Warsaw. The coursers of the university is conducting in English, and the programs of the Faculty of Architecture are in Russian.

The Kazakh delegation visited the laboratories of the Inno-Eko-Tech Center, the Faculty of "Construction and Engineering of the Environment" and the "Electrical" Faculty, and met with the management of the University and the Faculty of Architecture. During the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the system of training specialists and the existing laboratory base.

During the discussion, an agreement was reached to deepen the mutual exchange of undergraduates and doctoral PhD students between the Institute of Architecture and Construction (IA&C) KazNITU named after K.I. Satpayev and the faculties "Architecture" and "Construction" of the Bialystok University of Technology (BUT). One of the promising areas of cooperation is the organization of international research, the exchange of information in this field and the creation of "mirror" laboratories. This initiative will deepen the university's long-standing partnerships - an agreement on cooperation of these institutions has been in force since 2008.
