SU Teacher won the prize for a new book on the eve of his anniversary

Veterans of Satbayev University conduct active scientific work. One of the best examples – a veteran of our University Professor of the Department of "Information technology" Dulat Shukaev. Next year Dulat Nurmashevich will be 75 years old. His textbook "Applied optimization methods", published in Moscow this year, was awarded the Gold medal Of the international Moscow book exhibition 2017.

Professor Shukaev has been working at Kaznitu since 1971, during which time he made a huge contribution to the development of automated systems, computer technology and programming. Professor Shukaev is the author of 200 scientific works, 7 textbooks and 3 manuals, including the first textbooks on computer modeling in the Republic in Kazakh (1993) and Russian (2001) languages. In 1996, Professor Shukaev D. N. was elected a member of the physics and mathematics Department of NAS RK, and in 2001 he became an academician of the International Academy of Informatization.

For fruitful work Shukaev D. N. in 2003 was awarded a Diploma medal "Sanlak author" and badges "Honorary worker of education" and "for services to the development of science", in 2005 included in the list of leading scientists of the MES RK, and in 2006, 2007 and 2011. he three times won the grant of the MES RK "Best teacher of the University".
