The educational laboratory "Ventilation and air conditioning" was opened at Satbayev University

The Institute of Architecture and Construction named after T.K. Basenov Satbayev University and the Italian company Clivet have agreed to cooperate in the field of engineering systems. The joint work of the two companies will begin this year — a training laboratory "Ventilation and air conditioning" will be opened at the university, on the basis of which laboratory work will be carried out. On the part of the Italian company, the contract was signed by Clivet CEO Vittorio Torrembini.

As part of the contract, Clivet provided the university with laboratory equipment free of charge, which will enable students to gain knowledge in the field of ventilation and air conditioning systems at a modern level, as well as to study the parameters of supply and exhaust air in the room, perform aerodynamic calculations and determine the microclimate in the room.

On the basis of the laboratory, students will also study a theoretical and practical training program covering in detail specific topics of air conditioning, starting with regulations, technologies and ending with system solutions for future civil engineers in the field of engineering systems and structures.
