The film about Great Kanysh Satbayev has been out

In the coming days, "Kazakhstan" TV channel will start screening "Kanysh. Kazyna" series. The series is dedicated to Kazakh culture and science development, and tells about our university’s growth and prosperity.

The series plot is based on the life and work of the famous Kazakh geologist-scientist, engineer, doctor of mineralogical sciences, professor, academician Kanysh Imantayevich Satbayev. In the history of the Kazakh people and Kazakhstan, academician Kanysh Satbayev was a phenomenal seer of the earth's interior secrets, at the same time, he was an outstanding geologist and organizer in science, who made a great contribution to Satbayev University’s evolution.  Kanysh Imantayevich was the most extraordinary thinker and leader of society for his time.

The series shows Kazakhstani people’s various destinies, dreams, goals and interests in the XXth century, the achievement of state goals, including the foreign countries industrialization as well as mining industry growth in Kazakhstan. Political relations in the Kazakh steppes, friendship, betrayal, conflict of interests, riots, national unity are the main themes in the given film.

The series was filmed by "ARAY MEDIA GROUP" studio based on "Qazaqstan" TV channel’s order. The project producer is Aigul Baibek. The director is Yerlan Nurmukhamedov. The main roles were starred by Asset Yeszhan, Anna Orazbayeva, Aidos Auesbayev, Akaris Ashimkan, Andrey Marychev and others.

The series will be demonstrated on December 27-29 at 20.35.
