The first anthropologist of Kazakhstan Orazak Ismagulov presented his book to Satbayev University’s students

The presentation of Orazak Ismagulov's book "Өмірімнің мәні мен сәні", published by AmalBooks publishing house, took place at Satbayev University. The presentation was led and moderated by Dr. Nurzhan Kulumzhanov, a scientist specializing in the culture of Turkic nomads.

Professor Orazak Ismagulov is a well-known Kazakh anthropologist, Academician of RK NAS, corresponding member of Bologna Academy of Sciences (Italy), Honored Worker of RK Science and Technology, who devoted his life to physical anthropology. At the presentation, he shared the history of his scientific work and the development of anthropology in Kazakhstan and said that his choice of profession was influenced by Kanysh Satbayev, who blessed the young anthropologist to study the history of his native people. That is why the presentation of the book was held at Satbayev University - a landmark place for the author of the book.

Vice-Rector of University Yerzhan Kuldeyev congratulated Orazak Ismagulov on the publication of the book, noting its importance and cognitive interest, especially for the republic’s youth interested in national history, the history of the Kazakh people on the example of the author's life and work.

Orazak Ismagulov gave parting words to the students and blessed them for a long and successful professional life. The presentation’s participants and the audience - mostly university students - met the author and his book very positively and with great interest.
