The process of enrollment to Satbayev University for first-year students
The first step
Grant holder, enroll on Egov.kz Portal
(Education→ higher education→ registration of documents for being enrolled to the university)
Selection Committee technical secretary enrolls the individuals, who will study for a fee.
The second step
Register on kb.satbayev.university Portal
(initial filling→ enter the IIN data, email → get the code in the email → get the login and password (you must remember them!) →fill in the basic data)
The third step
Present the original documents to Selection Committee technical secretary
- Certificate with an appendix (1 copy);
- UNT certificate;
- 3x4 photos (6 pieces);
- Certificate of awarding a state educational grant;
- Medical certificates on No063 and No075 forms with the fluorography snapshot (2 copies);
- Identity card (3 copies);
- Attribution certificate, for young men (2 copies).
The fourth step
Fill out the application, commitment, consent and sign the contract!
(If you are under the age of 18, then the presence of a parent/legal representative is mandatory!)
The fifth step
Check your status on kb.satbayev.university portal
(the application form sent→ verified by the operator → enrolled → student)
The sixth step
You're already a student! Your educational portal is sso. satbayev.university
(login= IIN→ password = (which you have memorized) → my adviser; individual curriculum; schedule)
