The Republican Student Olympiad "Bolashaka kemel bilimmen", was held at Satbayev University

In early March at the Institute of Architecture and Construction. T.K. Basenova hosted the Republican student Olympiad "Bolashaka kemel bilimmen", dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the architectural education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Olympiad dedicated to the anniversary date was held online for the first time in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Olympiad was attended by 132 people from 15 universities throughout Kazakhstan and neighboring countries.

Students competed in four disciplines "Engineering Mechanics", "Construction Materials", "Building Construction" and "Engineering Systems and Networks". The jury included representatives of the leading technical universities of Kazakhstan in the field of construction engineering: L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, International Educational Corporation, Karaganda Technical University, Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and others.

The participants noted the excellent level of the event, the high level of the competition tasks, corresponding to international standards, wishes about the need to hold this event on an annual basis.
