The scientific journal of Institute of Metallurgy and Ore Beneficiation of Satbayev University included in the Web of Science Core Collection Database

The scientific journal "Complex Use of Mineral Resources" has been included in the Emerging Sources Citation Index database on the Web of Science Core Collection platform since December 2020, according to Clarivate Analytics. Journal indexation started in January 2019.

The inclusion of the Journal in the most authoritative international database indexing the best scientific publications in the world is a significant achievement for science not only of the university but also of Kazakhstan as a whole.

According to Clarivate Analytics policy, the selection of journals by an expert group for indexing in the Emerging Sources Citation Index is the first and important step for inclusion in the Web of Science Core Collection, in which a journal is assigned an impact factor index based on article citations.
