We are congratulating Zhenis Seitayev on "Kurmet" medal award
Owing to the decree of the Head of State, Zhenis Seitzhaparovich Seitayev, a veteran of labor, Director of Satbayev University Laboratory Center, was awarded “Kurmet" medal for special merits in production activities, as well as in commemoration of 30th anniversary of LLP “Tengizchevroil”!
Seitayev Zhenis Seitzhaparovich is an experienced production worker with more than 40 years of experience in the oil industry in various positions for different companies. He graduated from the oil faculty of Satbayev University (at that time Kazakh Polytechnic Institute), having received a degree of mechanical engineer in repair and maintenance of oilfield equipment. He began his career at Balykshy Exploration Drilling Department, where he worked as a mechanic for the maintenance of drilling rigs, later he moved to work in the oil and gas production department of Tengizneft, where he became the head of the general maintenance service of the equipment in Tengiz field. He fully implemented and expanded the experience gained on TCO’s capital projects, where for many years he acted as an expert in occupational and industrial safety field. In 2020, Zhenis Seitayev returned to his native university to transfer his accumulated practical knowledge to the new generation of petroleum engineers.
