Fellow officers, teachers and employees of the of Institute Military Affairs! Dear veterans!

Let me to congratulate you on Victory Day in the Second World War and your professional holiday – Day of Fatherland Defenders!

Throughout the history of our university, the Military Department has been at the forefront, laying the foundations of military training at the higher educational institutions of our country and defending our Motherland’s integrity. More than 200 university teachers and students, who studied at the Department of Military Affairs, contributed to the Great Victory.

Our generation is worthily continuing the glorious traditions of their predecessors. Teachers of the Institute of Military Affairs under the command of the best representatives of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan pass on their experience and valuable skills to the younger generation, steadily strengthening the security of our country.

Today, I would like to proudly congratulate the new Head of the Institute of Military Affairs, the representative of the highest command of the Armed Forces of the Republic, reserve Major- general Vassily Nessipkaziyevich Rysbayev on the assumption of his duties. I wish you success in your new position and all the best!

I wish the whole staff of the Institute of Military Affairs to continue improvements in that regard, to carry out military service with honor in our difficult time.  Health to you and your closest people, inexhaustible energy, and new victories.
