Career HUB Satbayev University creates conditions for a digital revolution in education

Representatives of colleges and education departments from all regions of Kazakhstan gathered at Satbayev University for the seminar on "Digitalization and automation of TVPSE work". They discussed the use of artificial intelligence in education, as well as the automation of dual training, career guidance, industrial practice and employment.

Experts from Career HUB Satbayev University and eData.kz company attended the seminar and talked in detail about the online career hub platform and artificial intelligence tools.  Schoolchildren and college students can use these technologies for career guidance, career planning and job search. They also considered the participation of technical and vocational education organizations in Association of Career Centers and the use of Satbayev University’s opportunities.

For the participants, the seminar was an extension of the perspective and opened up new opportunities for integrating the modern technologies into education.

- Artificial intelligence is very relevant now, - said Irina Sayenko, Deputy Director of Information Technology at Kostanay Industrial Pedagogical College. - As teachers, we see that children are very mobile now, they quickly grasp everything new and already use artificial intelligence themselves. Therefore, we need to keep up with the times in order to train professional personnel for the future and be competitive.

Career HUB Satbayev University continues to form an ecosystem for harmonious professional growth of young people, bringing together schools, colleges, universities and leading companies. Using modern digital tools such as Google artificial intelligence and Canva, the university helps participants confidently build a career trajectory, starting with basic skills at school and ending with an informed choice of profession. According to Sanjar Kenzhehanuly, director of Career HUB, such projects help not only overcome the fear of new technologies, but also unlock their potential to create a bright future for young professionals.
