EduFusion NSG: Satbayev University in the Global Network of Engineering Education

Satbayev University is actively engaged in the international project EduFusion NSG, implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ program, aimed at modernizing engineering education and fostering entrepreneurial competencies in Kazakhstan. Within the project, the university collaborates with industrial partners and national organizations, building a strong foundation for innovation and professional growth. Today, 35 faculty members of Satbayev University are registering in the international ENTER registry on the enterprof.org platform, with 10 educators already successfully certified as Engineering Educators.

Certification is conducted across five levels: Educator, Effective Educator, Outcomes-based Educator, Scholarly Educator, and Education Researcher, each reflecting the degree of professional and academic development, participation in projects, publications, and the implementation of innovative teaching methods. For faculty, the ENTER certificate represents an official international status that strengthens their position in competitions, evaluations, grant applications, and participation in global networks. For the university, having certified educators is a significant advantage in accreditations, QS rankings, and partnerships, demonstrating a high level of educational quality and human resource policy.

The certificate is recommended to be included in CVs, ORCID, LinkedIn profiles, and used in applications for international projects and accreditation documents. Participation in EduFusion NSG opens new horizons for the advancement of engineering education, expands opportunities for faculty professional growth, and enhances Satbayev University’s competitiveness on the international stage.
